Depending on the volume, destination, and type of ordered goods, we ship using Swiss Post, DHL Express, or a freight company of our choice.

• The final freight costs will be communicated to you with the order confirmation via email. The calculated freight costs in the shop are estimates. For example, if you order 10 x tiSsi playpens, they will not be shipped as bulky goods but rather by truck (pallet).

Dropshipping

The freight costs for dropshipping apply only to individual products that we send directly to end customers on your behalf. These costs do not apply to deliveries to your external warehouse, branch, etc.
